What Changed for Remote Care Billing in 2026
CMS added two remote patient monitoring codes for 2026. 99445 pays for device supply when a patient transmits 2 to 15 days of readings, at the same rate as 99454, and 99470 covers 10 to 19 minutes of treatment management. Vivo Care bills both, which removes the old all-or-nothing adherence cliff.
