Dr. Aamir Iqbal, MD
Dr. Aamir Iqbal was a Vivo Care customer before he was Medical Director. Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Iqbal is a Physician Owner at AFP Health in Thousand Oaks, California, where he has run a Remote Patient Monitoring program on the platform now known as Vivo Care since December 2020.
He started with platform-only tools from other vendors, moved his practice to Vivo Care infrastructure self-managed, and then shifted to the care navigator model. Today his practice also runs Chronic Care Management on Vivo Care and is implementing Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM).

As Medical Director, Dr. Iqbal guides clinical program design, supports product development, and works with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the platform reflects how physicians actually practice.
